Welcome to Loza Wool a yarn and haberdashery store based in Dublin, Ireland. Thank you for taking the time to browse our range of yarns. If you need any advice on suitable yarns for your project or have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Payment and Privacy

Payment is processed through paypal or stripe payment gateways. We do not have access to your account details and do not store your payment information.
Orders are shipped on receipt of cleared payments and payments must be made within 7 days to ensure availability of stock. Any customs charges applied by the buyers country of residence are the responsibility of the buyer.


All orders are shipped within 2 working days of cleared payment being received by us.  Deliveries are made via An Post standard post for small envelopes while for all other orders to Ireland you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If a shipping option is not available for your location contact us for a shipping quote if you wish to place an order.

Local Deliveries (Clondalkin area only)

We offer a free delivery service within the Clondalkin area.  If you live further away but wish to collect your order, just state that in the notes section at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time/location for collection. Same day collection cannot be guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds

All items are sent in perfect condition. Should any problems occur with your delivery however, please contact us within 2 working days and we will do our best to rectify the matter.

Only unused items in their original condition will be accepted and customers are responsible for postage charges on any items they return. No return on knitting needles/crochet hooks or patterns/books. Please contact us before returning an item to us.

Availability of stock

We will confirm your order as soon as possible after it has been placed. While our online shop is updated regularly, as we are also a bricks and mortar store there may be times when stock sells before we have updated our online stock levels. Should this happen we will contact you as soon as possible to check if you wish us to place the items on back order and will advise you of the first available shipping date.
